I just took my new Launch 6 out of the box and I am so freaking impressed! This is BY FAR the sharpest knife I've ever received; hair popping razor sharp. This is my 5th Auto knife and my new favorite. 3 of my other Autos are much more expensive Benchmade knives and this bad boy is every bit as nice for half the price. Makes sense as the blade is 154CM, which is what Benchmade has been using on their knives for a long time. This blade though, it's like nothing I've ever seen, and it cuts like a freaking lightsaber! The knife has 0 lock-up issues, the huge blade comes out with authority and snaps into place every single time. If you are on the fence about this knife, get off the fence, BUY IT! You will thank me.

Dollar for dollar the best knife I have. I can't stop playing with. It feels like a 600 knife. Say it out loud an American auto with a particle steel blade for under $100. Just buy one!
This is the second Launch I have purchased the first (launch 2) had problems latching and it took me about three months of playing with it to get it fixed I wound up adjusting the pivot screw. This launch 6 came perfect out the box locks great is sharp and I love the blue anodized.
This knife has been my EDC for about 4 months and it's awesome. It deploys with authority, the steel is amazing, the length is perfect, and it stays razor sharp. For the price I really don't think you can beat it. Just don't cut open bottles that have aluminum foil covers under the cap because it will scratch off the coating 😉
Though many tend to shy away from using an automatic as their EDC, this knife quickly found its rightful place in my rotation. This knife has more than enough blade length for most cutting tasks and has the eye catching appeal for a conversation starter. I love this knife's speed, blade, and style. At this price for an automatic, I can't recommend it enough!
Just received my Launch 6. I was nervous about my purchase based on commnts around the web about inconsistent lockup, but I've had nothing but solid lockup every time over 50+ cycles. The blade arrived wickedly sharp, and overall the fit and finish is excellent. My one gripe is that the firing button binds a little as you depress it. It is not intentional resistance, but metal-on-metal binding with the aluminun scale that causes the button to stick in place when depressed halfway or even two-thirds. A little oil will improve this, but I will probably leave it as-is, as an unintended safety against unintentional firing. It doesn't prevent rapid firing with a firm button push, but it does detract from the feeling of a high-quality product. Overall the price point is right.
