The Kershaw Launch Series high-performance, USA-made automatics that punch way above their price point! Shop the whole selection!
I received the smaller Launch 12 as a gift 2 years ago and I've been eyeing this beauty ever since. Very snappy auto-deploy. Decent pattern welded steel. The Launch 8 here has the same width as the Launch 12, but it's 2" longer. "Pointy" doesn't do it justice. Good price for a classy stiletto with a needlepoint.
Beautiful knife. Mine is very sharp! Snappy auto with no blade wobble. The Damascus detail is perfect. Carbon Fiber grips finish the knife for an awesome look. Very happy with my purchase.👍
This is a true gentleman’s blade. Sleek, classy, clean lines and decently sharp out of the box. The action is very fast and butter smooth. The lock up is tight with no blade movement and fit and finish is on par with some of the knives in my collection that cost three and four times more than this. Damascus pattern is also a very nice touch.
Beautiful knife, my first Damascus Kershaw. Action is snappy, knife is very svelte and carries very well. Thin and light so you forget you have it. Probably won’t carry this one much as if has the special blade. Own several other launch series including a satin blade color launch 8. Dullest Kershaw I’ve ever received. Much duller then a Kershaw Outlier purchased in the same order. Since I suck at sharpening this is a big problem. Hopefully some light honing will fix it, otherwise off to the pros for a proper sharpening. This unfortunately shouldn’t be a requirement on a brand new knife out of the box.
Just got this knife, and it has got to be the dullest knife I have ever bought. I don't expect razor sharp, but for $150 I expect it to cut paper or shave a little hair off my arm. Very disappointed.
