The Kershaw Leek is one of the sleekest and most popular assisted opening knives ever produced. It features Kershaw's patented SpeedSafe technology. Give the ambidextrous thumb-stud a push and the knife takes over opening the blade the rest of the way. This is an ideal one-handed opener with a reversible pocket clip and a tip safety lock so the blade won't fire by accident.

I can't get away from this knife. This is a fantastic combo between the carbon scales and the CPM154 steel, this knife is an EDC Gem. I need to buy another just to make sure I always have one in case I lose the one I currently have. I'll never go back down to the cheaper steel version of this knife.
Great ergonomics, good steel, just the perfect amount of "assist". A small knife I almost always carry on me because I forget it right up until I need a keen little blade.
Lightweight , stylish, sharp as hell,
Love my 1660 bead blast version so I decided to upgrade in blade steel and handle. This is a great knife, performs flawlessly, lightweight and super sharp. Comparing the two, I much prefer the frame lock of my first 1660 over the liner lock that's on this one. Perhaps Blade HQ could work with Kershaw on a Titanium or steel frame lock and carbon fiber exclusive.
Great feel to the grip, nice finish on the blade, very good edge. Now my favorite EDC. I find that for me the thumb stud is too close to the handle to get a grip on it with my thumb. Excellent flipper.
The knife came razor sharp and is my new "gentlemens" carry. It's so light you could carry it while wearing dress pants and not notice it. It is my first leek and couldn't be more impressed. I normally carry a skyline but am now rotating this CF leek in. Great Job Kershaw!
For many years the original Leek was my favorite Kershaw. So I had to buy this version. The looks and blade steel are a great addition to already very good knife. The only problem is that I never use my original Leek anymore.
The CF and CPM-154 steel feel right at home in this Kershaw classic. It's light, thin, slicey, and reasonably priced (especially for USA Made).
I have always liked the Leek. They can stop making new varieties. This one is perfect. I have several and gave given one to my son-in-law who is EDCing it. I got this one for a lot less at MD. It has better traction that the SS variety. The ergos are the same; very good. The CPM-154 is wonderful. (I haven't tried to breakdown 100 cardboard boxes and dice them into teeny strips, but it has easily cut everything that I have put it to. If you like the Leek, and knives in general, then treat yourself to one of these.
This is the best looking configuration of the Leek there is, in my opinion. With the CPM-154 blade steel, it makes for a great daily user. The carbon fiber also gives some grip when using it for daily tasks.
The Leek was already a great knife. Perfect design and blade. This is an improvement on perfection! You will love this knife.
Its a kershaw leek made even better. The Carbon sales make the knife super light weight and a great classy carry for work. The upgraded blade steel is a nice addition, imo its what the blade steel should have always been. only complaint is that the tip of mine has bent slightly so i had to re profile it.
