This LionSteel KUR folding knife has a stonewashed blade and a black G-10 handle.
From designer Pensato Michele, aka Molletta, LionSteel presents the KUR folding knife. Not only visually flattering, the KUR offers its user generous comfort and control. The black G-10 handle scales have a contoured surface with micro ridges. Underneath the scales a steel lock tab and a 6Al4V titanium backspacer provide a robust platform. The KUR has a Sleipner steel blade that's deployed using a flipper opener and rides on a ball-bearing pivot. It is everyday-friendly with a tip-up carry pocket clip.
I've been intrigued with LionSteel for sometime and finally decided to try one. I went with this one as I was a bit concerned about the one piece design models because I wasn't sure I'd be able to disassemble them without issue. It's a very nice quality knife with nice craftsmanship and a crisp flipper. The only negative thing I have noted it that the clip is VERY tight. I'm either going to rip my pants removing the knife from my pocket, or I'll pull my pocket up to my chest trying to remove the knife. But I'm still glad I bought it.
