This Spyderco Chaparral stands out with its exquisite birdseye maple scales, each with a unique grain pattern to distinguish it from the pack. The blade is premium CTS XHP steel with a full-flat grind. It includes a reversible, tip-up wire clip for deep carry. Unique this model is an accessible SLIPIT slip joint mechanism.

A chaparral is a shrub native to the Western United States with the unique ability to perennially survive, revive, and regenerate after being destroyed by drought.
