Like Zac said, with a phillips head this would be the perfect swiss army knife. That being said I still consider it to be the most usefull edc for the every day person! Love it!
The blade is super thin and great for food prep. The scissors are legendary! This 91mm size and weight is perfect for EDC. Love the fact they combined the can opener and bottle cap lifter on the same tool. The pen and pin have come in handy as well. May I suggest some Blade HQ scales on the Compact?

I really like SAKs and this one is great. I have a Pioneer X in alox, but I carry this one everyday or I get major FOMO on using that sweet, sweet parcel hook.
This is probably the best Victorinox on the market. The size is great and the tool selection is awesome. I love having the pen on there. I just wish they put a Phillips head instead of the parcel hook, but otherwise this thing is perfect.
I was looking to change up my EDC when I saw the video with Zac talking about this SAK. I have to say, I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and it's perfect for me. I'm a stay-at-home parent and the tools on this SAK are more handy than the Leatherman I carried all the time (Not disrespecting Leatherman) So if you are a stay-at-home parent. This piece of kit will change your life!
This is a great SAK. I wanted to have an actual Victorinox in my collection so I went with Zac's recommendation for the compact. It is a solid EDC knife. Wish they would swap the parcel holder with a Philips.
I love the item.
Zach wouldn't stop talking about the Compact. After a few months of listening to him rant about how good it is I decided to give it a try. After just a week I was surprised at how useful this knife is. Over the holidays I even got a chance to use the parcel hook when I went to make a pick up at a bakery. I love my Compact and will carry along with my other knives and gear for a long time.
No way. The Huntsman is much less expensive with far more function. There is no good reason to pay this much for far less tools. It's really annoying. This should be the same price as the tinker. Until then, no way. Force them to bring the price down.
Great tool, there is no doubt about that at all. But the price is nearly double what it should be. Similar Victorinox's with more tools are $10-$20 cheaper in some circumstances. At first I thought this was due to the Pen, which is a must for me. Then I saw that the pen alone costs $3 on the Victorinox site. So maybe the extra $$ is for the plus scales or something, who knows. Super happy with the Compact, and I mean $40 is whatever, it's still worth it for me, it's just a very very weird price point compared to other models.
