This Para 3 model has a dark blue G-10 handle and a satin finished CPM-S110V steel blade with a plain edge.

The Para 3 is a more compact version of Spyderco's immensely popular Paramilitary 2. It features the same high-strength Compression Lock, textured G-10 scales, and a scaled-down, full-flat ground CPM-S110V blade. This is another solid design from Spyderco that's sure to please those who love the PM2, but prefer shorter blades or live in areas with blade-length restrictions.

  • Premium CPM-S110V blade offers exceptional cutting power and edge retention.
  • Ergonomic textured G-10 handle offers heightened comfort and grip strength.
  • Four-position pocket clip and a lanyard hole provides numerous carry options.

Love the Blurple!

Best spyderco I own!
Mean knife in a friendlier size.
Jamie D.
You get all the greatness of its big brother in a more compact package. It's just big enough for an all around user for my EL hands. I prefer bigger knives but sometimes they just aren't a good or possible choice.

I'm a big fan of the Blurple scales. There is some variation from brighter/more opaque to darker/more transparent from knife to knife.

S110V will keep an edge as long as just about anything in existence. You might want to just send it to Spyderco to sharpen if you do not have diamond plates. It will be a good while before it needs any attention though.

Gift for my Dad

Got this knife for my dad for his birthday. It is his first "real" knife and hes not used to an EDC, but he loves it. I actually like it so much I got one myself. Its now in my rotation of EDCs.
Lives up to its bigger brother

Amazing knife for EDC!! If you love the features of the Paramilitary 2, but love the size of the Delica 4, this is the knife for you. Having the same functionality of the Paramilitary 2, I knew it would be great, but I was curious to see how Spyderco redesigned the ergonomics. I have medium-sized hands, and the Para 3 sits wonderfully in the hand. The pocket clip does leave a bit to be desired, but that's something a Lynch clip could easily solve. Overall, a fantastic EDC knife from Spyderco.
great knife, love it!!

This was my first purchase from BladeHQ and I have no complaints. Super quick delivery and got it right before Christmas.
I love this knife; it's great for everyday carry!
If you're looking for a reliable edc knife, you should look at the para3. The compression lock is great and it's just a great overall knife.
Great knife with the wrong clip

I do love this knife. The blade shape is great, the action is perfect. The S110V cuts like a lightsaber and holds its edge forever. All of this being said. I feel like they really missed the ball with the clip. The way this knife hangs in the pocket is just odd. It doesn’t lay in there nicely, just at a wierd angle.
love it

just got my para 3 in s110v today. super stoked to see how this steel performs as i put it through it's paces. the knife came razor sharp and perfectly tuned. this is why i buy from blade hq!
Great knife!

Awesome knife, perfectly centered, smooth, great steel!
Yes, the scales are in fact "Purple"... They are not "Blurple" or "Plue", they are purple. Personally, I don't care... but it's something I wanted to note.
