The Kershaw Blur is a favorite among knife enthusiasts. The Blur has the build and performance of a great general purpose knife with everyday carry friendly attributes as well. The Ken Onion designed Blur is an assisted opening knife, just give the blade a push with the ambidextrous thumb-stud and the Speed Safe technology finishes opening the blade! To close, just slide the liner lock to release the blade.

The 1670DSBLK Blur features a tactical black finished blade with a plain edge and a desert sand anodized aluminum handle with Trac-Tek inserts for superior gripping power in all conditions. Black reversible pocket clip for tip-up or down carry.

Best EDC in my opinion
Stan W.
I have a LOT of knives and out of all of them, some costing much more, this is the one I carry most. The first thing you notice is the excellent ergonomics of the handle. This is not a small knife but it feels ideal in the hand. The blade inserts are nice and grips the palm. They may swell if used in harsh chemicals, MEK, Skydrol, Nitro-Toulene etc. so I carry all metal or wood handles when I work around this stuff. The blade deployment is effortless and extremely fast. Blade design is the highpoint of the knife. Slight recurve in edge makes cutting flesh or game scary fast. Steel of blade holds edge for days in heavy use. Sharpens very well without much effort using carbide and ceramic pocket sharpener. Hard to beat at any price.
